Yes. Touch-ups within six months of your original session are free for tattoos done at our shop. This policy covers normal healing issues like light spots, soft lines, or small fill gaps. Not major redesigns or adding large new elements. Work from other shops is not covered by the free policy but can be quoted at a fair rate.
Wait until your tattoo is fully healed. Usually four to six weeks minimum. Skin goes through peeling, flaking, and settling phases. Touching up too early can damage healing skin and waste ink. If you are past six months but your tattoo needs refresh work, we can still help. Book a consult, show us the healed piece, and we will quote fairly.

Mention you need a touch-up on shop work and give the approximate date of your original tattoo. Bring photo ID. Appointments are preferred so we block enough time without cutting into a large custom session. Quick touch-ups sometimes fit same-day if an artist has a gap.
We can touch up or refresh tattoos done elsewhere, but they are not covered under our free six-month shop policy. Pricing depends on size, age of the tattoo, and amount of work needed. Bring photos and describe the original work honestly. Our team will assess whether a touch-up is enough or if you need a larger cover-up instead.
Touch-ups address ink that did not hold evenly during healing: faint lines, patchy shading, small voids in solid color, and minor contrast loss. They do not turn a small tattoo into a sleeve or completely change the design. Cover-ups and major rework need a new project plan. Our artists set realistic expectations before we start.
Fine line tattoos can lose definition as skin ages and ink settles. This is normal across the industry. Fine line work done here qualifies for the same free six-month touch-up policy. Long-term, fine lines may need paid refresh years later. Follow aftercare closely to give your lines the best chance to heal clean.
When possible, yes. Your original artist knows how your skin responded the first time and can match line weight, color tone, and shading. If that artist is unavailable, another team member with matching style handles it. We keep notes and photos from your first session to guide the work.
Treat a touch-up like a fresh tattoo in a smaller zone. Your artist applies extended-wear film and sends you home with our aftercare sheet. Keep the film on three to five days, remove under running water and liquid soap, wash with your hands, and moisturize lightly so the tattoo does not look wet. Avoid soaking and sun until healed. Touch-up healing is usually faster than the original session, but the same rules apply.
Free touch-ups apply within six months of the original tattoo session at our shop. After six months, minor refresh work may still be affordable but is no longer automatic free service. Normal fading from years of sun exposure is different from healing-related gaps. Long-term color boosts are quoted as refresh work, not warranty touch-ups.
Walk-ins are welcome when artists have availability, but touch-ups are best booked ahead. They are shorter than full tattoos but still need a clean station setup. Calling ahead prevents a long wait on busy Saturdays. If you walk in, bring your ID and mention the free touch-up policy if your original work was done here within six months.
